Now the conventional method of finding right partner is  changed.Once women are not allowed to go out and completely depend on parents. Recent development in education and financial improvement empowers women to choose by their choice. At the same time earning opportunities in young age makes the new generation to take bold decision in life. This is   somewhat good, but mostly leads to middle life crisis.

 Life is a return journey, we have to live fulfilled before our ticket confirmed. 

Did,so called modern development gives peaceful and fulfilled life ?

Or the conventional method is the secured way of living ?

Modern development gives education, money and way for materialistic enjoyment. Choosing a partnership materialistically will fulfill the senses but in heart of  love ? 

The modern method called it as other part. The conventional system name it as soulmate.

Life partnership is to fulfill the soul or sense ?

There is difference in loving first bench row guys and last bench row guys. This may be even called as guys with traditional thoughts vs guys with modern thoughts.

First bench row guys are the ones who are too keen at studies, sincere, dedicated and hard working. 

These being called so traditional type

Last bench row guys are the ones who lethargic, cool, try to be sophisticated, lazy, active at sports and entertaining activities. These being called so dude type.

It doesn’t mean that this bench clarification will tell you how intelligent the guy is.

It only describes the characteristics.

When you date a dedicated soft hearted guy as in first bench, you could gain commitment for the relationship; they close the loop with being honest to you. They will do any compromises and sacrifices for the love they have it with you. They never flirt or try to have much girlfriend around when they are in relationship with you. They could earn, have responsibility over their shoulders to take care of you as a possessed property. It is very safe to be with such kind of guys. But what you will miss that you will gain in the last bench guys are un restricted freedom, independency to be yourselves, no too much care or possessiveness, you can able to take daring decisions with support of him, you learn things by yourselves when you are not fully under a guardianship.

Generally the cool dudes, who are not sincere to academics as in last benches, try to always hang around, have and enjoy their lives. It is good to be with cool dudes, where in you will feel rejuvenated, rather than being more responsible and mechanic.

They do not have pyscho love with insecurities and fear born with them. 

Dude guys love themselves a lot which they need self-pace for their own habits and enjoyment.

It is doubtful to think would they sacrifice certain things on love towards their companion, rather they would make the girl change themselves according to their behaviours and life style.

All in all, in a relationship with traditional guy, he tends to adjust adapt sacrifice things for us.

Where as in a dude relationship, the gal has to modify herself to be with him. Only the gal can sustain a relation if she enjoys with change in life style.

As the name suggests dude relationship is more modern that it tends to get break or weaken whenever there is dispute or selfishness, financial insecurities, lack of faith and lots so over.

Where a traditional guy is holds the relationship to a greater extent as our parents did in our older period. As the time moves over as modernity prevails, relationships become weak with individual thoughts and perspectives predominating. However modernism is more attracted to a dude guys than the former.

The journey of life varies with type of person you live with. It is always good to go for a guy who is moderate in characteristics between a traditional guy and dude guy.

Its on the choice of person seeking for partnership. Whether he needs a soulmate or other part.

Life is beautiful ; Just go ahead.

Chettinad Style Prawn Thokku

Chettinad cuisine is famous for its use of a variety of spices used in preparing mainly non - vegetarian food.The dishes are hot and pungent with fresh ground masalas,and topped with boiled egg, that is usually considered essential part of a meal. Here is the recipe for simple homemade chettinad style Prawn Thokku

All you need is

·         Shallots/Small onions- 200 grams

·         Tomatoes-3

·         Curry leaves- few

·         Mustard- 1 table spoon

·         Ginger -50 gram

·         Garlic- 100 grams

·         Green chilli- 1

·         Red chilli powder- 1-1/2 table spoon

·         Coriander powder- 2-1/2 table spoon

·         Turmeric powder-1/2 table spoon

·         Gingelly oil- 3 table spoons

·         Salt- ½ table spoon/ based on the requirement.

·         Prawn cleaned- 500 grams

Here is how you should cook:

1)     Clean the prawn, remove the shell, wash it with little quantity of crystal salt bit and set aside

2)     Grind ginger and garlic together and make a paste and set aside.

3)     Take a pan, add oil.

4)     Once the oil is heated add mustard seeds and wait till it pops

5)     Add curry leaves and chilli, sauté for a second

6)     Now add peeled sliced onion to the pan and sauté it till it turns golden brown

7)     Now add the grinded ginger garlic paste to the pan and sauté it for 2 minutes till the raw smell leaves

8)     Now add the finely chopped tomatoes to the pan, sauté till it cooks.

9)     Now add salt and turmeric sauté it for 2 minutes.

10)  Add cleaned prawn to the pan and sauté for 5 to ten minutes till it is semi cooked.

11)  Now add chilli powder and coriander as mentioned above and mix well with the curry.

12)  Add pinch of water to the pan and allow it to cook in medium flame for ten to fifteen minutes.

13)  Check if the raw masala smell has gone and it is fully cooked; add water if additional quantity is required until the curry is fully cooked.

14)  Turn off and serve the curry.

Good to have along idlis, dosa or chapattis for dinner or break fasts. For lunch along with white rice and curd rice

Queen of Hills

Ooty the queen of hills is found in Nilgris district on the Western part of Tamil Nadu
